First of all – I love the title of this product – stop pain! That gets right to the point and you know right off the bat what it is going to do.The arrival of this product could not be timed better. I decided two days before it arrived to do a spin class and THEN right after do a boot camp class at my gym. Um – I am not 20 anymore and “Less is More” is probably a good thing. I could barely walk, but in particular I had a really bad ache or pulled something in my calf. So this stuff went to good use! AND I love the roll on. I hate having this stuff on my hands with kids around.
