I have to admit I was a bit curious about Budget Gadgets before I saw the items. However, once I received my Hello Kitty watches for the girls – I was pleasantly surprised. The items were coming from overseas and were packaged very well, arrived quickly, and the communication flow with the company was excellent.
When I opened the package and inspected the watches, I was also pleased. The watches were extremely reasonably priced and seem to be good quality for a fun item. These of course are not heirloom watches – but fun watches to wear and play in. This seems like a good site for fun gadgets, such as these Hello Kitty watches, that you don’t want to spend a lot of money on but want something neat or the latest fad item.

Do not buy anything from Budget gadget's, they are a very deceiving company, they lie about their products and ship incomplete products to people, i have ordered 2 Nokia C7 Phone's from this company both phone's had item's missing out of it, one did not include the manual and the screen was chipped and even worse it wasn't even a Nokia Phone yet it mention's on the site it's a "NOKIA" Phone.. They have since then changed it around a bit since i argued with them about their very criminal selling methods, they are very lucky i cannot come to china and strangle the hell out of them.
My second order wasn't even inside of the manufacture box, it was just thrown inside of the shipping box.. Mind you this is a "CELL PHONE" Just thrown loosely into the shipping box, just rubber-banned altogether with a little stuffing.
They put you through the most stress, they do not answer your emails until a day before they take the weekend off, so they wait a whole week to get back with you so they wont have to deal with you..
The shipping take's a whole month! YES A WHOLE MONTH approx 2 1/2 weeks to get to you! Via Singapore post which is the slowest method of shipping on the globe.. Your order isn't even shipped out for a whole week so add 1 week to your 2 1/2 weeks to even get your package and you have a little over 3 weeks before you see your package..
My Second order i purchased the $19 expedited shipping and they still shipped it out via SlowgaPore Post! So i had to not only demand my expedited shipping back i had to tell another customer they wont see their order for at least 2 more weeks, well i had to end up refunding the guy his money and figure out another way to make at least my money back from the crap phone because i couldn't wait a month to get a refund back.
Do not! i repeat DO NOT use this company as a wholesale method to help your own business, you will be sorry!..
Communication with them is by far the worst, you can try calling them, they only pick up when they feel like it even on business hour's, they have no interest in talking to customer's, when you do reach them they tell you they will email you an answer to your questions?? Whats the purpose of calling if all your going to do is take my question down and answer it through email? LMAO..
This company is a Scam.. they sell all cheap, fake, overpriced item's..
Im dealing with them as of today and they now claim they do not understand English so i have to now translate my messages to Chinese before emailing them.
Hello this is Eddie, I am the person who posted just above this one, please retract that statement, they have worked out the issue's and i feel a lot less frustrated than i was when i wrote this, i was able to sell the phone's and they sent me boxes for free, i can't figure out how to delete an anonymous post but hope this post will work just as good.
